The innovative RF signal generator, model A0400001, is a CPU-controlled, highly accurate instrument working over a wide frequency range of 300kHz to 300MHz. It provides AM and FM modulation types and supports the output levels varied in 0.1dB step. With optional RS-232 and IEEE-488 (GPIB) interfaces, the generator can be formed into an automatic test system under the control of a host computer combined with other instruments.
