Asimismo, incluyen un módulo con máquinas expendedoras que suministran consumibles sanitarios como sueros, jeringas, pinzas, material farmacéutico, etc. Las Mini-plantas van equipadas con un sistema autónomo de energía a base de placas solares.

Otra de las características relevantes constituye el hecho de que las Plantas Ensambladoras operan conectadas al sistema WTSC (World Trade System) igualmente gestionado por Scinet Corporation, con acceso a más de 60 millones de mercancías, materia primas, productos y servicios, así como al sistema de operaciones automáticas de comercio internacional y certificados digitales de intercambio comercial.

WTS & SCINET (WTSC) is installing new assembly workshops in different regions worldwide, which are included within ´The Next 4 Billion‘, for the mass production of its innovative production mini-plants inside mobile containers. The mobile production mini-plants that are mounted in these assembly workshops are intended for developing countries, offering therein all kinds of products and basic services: from food preparation or household goods, footwear or clothing articles to water purification and primary health care.

The production mini-plants in mobile containers comprise the only system in the world that can supply up to 6 basic necessity articles at a price as low as one dollar per day.

Furthermore, all the assembly plants will operate connected to the World Trade System, a database that provides access to 60 million referrals to merchandise, raw materials, products and services worldwide, through digital certificates for trading.

Más de 2.000 millones de personas carecen de asistencia médica en el mundo, según la OMS. Eso provoca, de acuerdo con UNICEF, que cada año mueran 12 millones de niños por enfermedades que no son mortales en los países desarrollados. Además, 500.000 mujeres fallecen anualmente durante el parto, el 99% en países del Tercer Mundo.

Asimismo los Centros CPD están interconectados a través de sistema «The World Trade System» igualmente gestionado  por WTS & SCINET (WTSC) y que incluye 60 millones de materia primas, mercancías, productos y servicios, y el procedimiento automático de intercambios comerciales.
