The Mobile Production Mini-plants system is the only manufacturing system in the world that provides up to six (6) of the most essential products for basic sustenance for just one dollar ($1.00) per day. El huevo es el alimento que contiene las proteínas más completas y de mayor valor biológico, hasta el punto de que los expertos en nutrición lo consideran el patrón proteico de referencia. Esto se debe a que contiene en una proporción óptima los ocho aminoácidos esenciales que el organismo necesita para formar sus propias proteínas humanas. Una gallina ponedora, con un manejo y alimentación adecuados, puede producir en un año más de 320 huevos, casi un huevo diario.

Cada «mini-granja» de producción de huevo se instala dentro de un contenedor de 40 pies (12 m) y produce más de 100.000 huevos al año, con 320 gallinas ponedoras. Aplicando un sistema de producción sencillo, móvil y válido para todas las regiones del mundo, especialmente para las menos desarrolladas.

Teniendo en cuenta el consumo medio de 3 a 4 huevos a la semana por persona, la mini-planta de producción de huevo puede abastecer las necesidades proteínicas esenciales a grupos de población de 500 a 1.000 personas. Las jaulas van instaladas en el interior de un contenedor  en disposición de 2 pisos (180 gallinas) y en el otro lateral en un piso bajo (140 gallinas). La forma y disposición de las mini-granjas permite una gran diversidad de posibilidades de uso, tanto en lo referente al sistema de alimentación como en el beber de las aves.

Los módulos disponen de todo lo necesario para funcionar con autonomía incluso en sitios que carecen de cualquier infraestructura, y se complementarán con otros tipos de mini-plantas de producción para proporcionar todo tipo de productos y servicios básicos: panaderías, agua potable, calzado, ropa, etc. Cada contenedor incluye las máquinas, cableado, tuberías e instalaciones necesarias para funcionar con autonomía en cualquier lugar, región o país.

La Resolución de Naciones Unidas expresa: “Los desastres naturales, los conflictos y otras emergencias ponen en peligro la vida y la salud de millones de personas cada año. En medio de esas crisis, miles de trabajadores humanitarios dedicados luchan para cuidar a los afectados y ayudar a las autoridades locales a prestarles asistencia. En el Día Mundial de la Asistencia Humanitaria, la OMS y otros organismos internacionales destacan la labor de los trabajadores humanitarios y rinden homenaje a aquellos que han muerto o recibido heridas mientras cumplían su función esencial (…).”

Cada Centro de Producción y Desarrollo industrial sostenible (CPD) de WTS & SCINET está formado por la combinación de Mini-plantas de Producción en contenedores de acuerdo a las necesidades prioritarias de cada región o lugar de emplazamiento: Panaderías, Potabilizadoras, Alimentos deshidratados, Jugos y extractos de frutas y verduras, Módulos expendedores (consumibles sanitarios), Cubos, bolsas, botellones y envases de PVC, Piezas de melamina (vasos, platos, cucharas), Producción de huevo, Recauchutado de neumáticos, Unidad médica de primeros auxilios, Prendas de vestir y calzado, Lámina perfilada y malla electrosoldada,  Producción de clavos y lámina de chapa perfilada y otros sistemas de producción modular para viviendas y escuelas, y la fabricación y comercialización de productos básicos para el desarrollo industrial.

The report is concerning the population of millions of men and women of Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, whose income is below poverty level of the western societies, but which in the aggregate represent an extraordinary economic potential.

WTS & SCINET (WTSC) is installing new assembly workshops in different regions worldwide, which are included within ´The Next 4 Billion‘, for the mass production of its innovative production mini-plants inside mobile containers. The mobile production mini-plants that are mounted in these assembly workshops are intended for developing countries, offering therein all kinds of products and basic services: from food preparation or household goods, footwear or clothing articles to water purification and primary health care.

The production mini-plants in mobile containers comprise the only system in the world that can supply up to 6 basic necessity articles at a price as low as one dollar per day.

Furthermore, all the assembly plants will operate connected to the World Trade System, a database that provides access to 60 million referrals to merchandise, raw materials, products and services worldwide, through digital certificates for trading.

El sistema proporciona a las empresas una solución inmediata para la venta de inventarios y la obtención de materias primas, productos y servicios en tiempo real. Con más de 60 millones de mercancías permanentemente actualizadas, el sistema incluye a veinte millones de empresas clasificadas de 200 países con la información detallada de su producción, inventarios, precios y servicios de las mismas y, sobre todo, permite realizar operaciones internacionales de forma automática.

Los certificados digitales de intercambio comercial han sido definidos como «un sistema único» para el 70% de la población mundial que es considerada «pobre». Pero el reciente informe «The Next 4 Billion» elaborado por el Instituto de Recursos Mundiales (WRI, por sus siglas en inglés) revela que esos 4.700 millones de personas tienen una capacidad de compra e intercambio superior a 3.600 millones de euros diarios. Sin duda, el nuevo segmento económico y el más poderoso del mundo.
