]]> (12PressRelease.com) “National event Thang Long 1000 years” is approaching, Vietnam is trying their best to improve the basic construction for tourism and attract more international tourists to Vietnam.
There are a lot of important projects that has been approved by the Prime Minister in the first 2 quarters of 2010. Some important projects could be included:
• Highway Hanoi-Laocai with total investment up to 3, 610 billion VND, this high way is considered as the longest highway of Vietnam at the moment.
• Belt number 4th circle around Hanoi Capital with total investment up to 58,836 billion VND, building cost is about 35,028 billion VND.
• North Thang Long- Noi Bai road which connected North Thang Long and Noi Bai which total investment up to 100 billion VND.
• 160 billion VND for improving Quan Son Lake which will be an important bench-mark for environment tourism and transportation.
The total investment in Hanoi has increased 7 times since 2005 and is expected to have total investment of 5 billion USD in 2010. The government also applies open policies to assist investors by decreasing interest rate from 17 % to nearly 12 %, extending borrowing limit, simplifying procedures as well as paper work for investors and creating a healthy competition among business with aggressive campaigns to against corruption in the country. Moreover, 1000 years Thang long is considered as the biggest event ever being held in Vietnam. This also stimulates the government to engage in more important projects to construct HaNoi‘s infrastructures. Investors who are interested in projects that are processed in Hanoi capital could contact Construction Ministration of Vietnam or Capital Fund management for more information. It is recommended that investors should contact with private organization rather than government office, they will provide more information and better service with sufficient experience for investors.

]]> (12PressRelease.com) The development of real estate is increasing sharply in the last 2 years. Real-estate is rated as the second choice of fund investment for the flow of FDI to Vietnam. There are 300 tourism real-estate project portfolios with capital up to 33.9 billion US dollars accounted for 16.3% total FDI registered in Vietnam. Tourism real-estate projects especially are attracting interest of foreign investors. In the year of 2008, which has been considered as an important bench mark for tourism real-estate in Vietnam, there were such important tourism projects as:
• Complex tourism entertainment Ho Tram by Asiana Coast Development Corporation (Canada) in Vung Tau with total investment of 4.23 billion US dollar.
• 5 star hotels, Entertainment Park, and restaurant in VungTau by Good Choices Corporation (USA) with total investment 1.3 billion US dollar.
• Bai Dai Tourism Park by Starby Holding Ltd in Phu Quoc with total investment of 1.648 billion US dollar.
The trend of FDI for tourism is even stronger in 2010. According to Vietnam National Tourism Department, total FDI flows to Vietnam this year could be up to 10 billion US dollar which accounted for 50% total FDI flows to Vietnam in this year. Moreover, 2010 has also been called “Vietnam Tourism National Year” with many special events. Furthermore, thanks to the financial supports of government and Vietnamese organizations, the country is heading toward completing basic construction in tourist destinations, especially famous ones.
