• North Thang Long- Noi Bai road which connected North Thang Long and Noi Bai which total investment up to 100 billion VND.
• 160 billion VND for improving Quan Son Lake which will be an important bench-mark for environment tourism and transportation.
The total investment in Hanoi has increased 7 times since 2005 and is expected to have total investment of 5 billion USD in 2010. The government also applies open policies to assist investors by decreasing interest rate from 17 % to nearly 12 %, extending borrowing limit, simplifying procedures as well as paper work for investors and creating a healthy competition among business with aggressive campaigns to against corruption in the country. Moreover, 1000 years Thang long is considered as the biggest event ever being held in Vietnam. This also stimulates the government to engage in more important projects to construct HaNoi‘s infrastructures.
