(12PressRelease.com) In order to meet customers‘ expectations concerning data security, XTRF has expanded the system‘s offer with an SSL certificate securing full confidentiality of data transmission. As of the beginning of 2011, all XTRF system installations in the SaaS model will be equipped with the https protocol, which has proved its viability, among others, in bank systems.
An SSL security certificate ensures the protection of websites and the confidentiality of the data sent by electronic means. The Internet connection encoding option prevents the interception of data transmitted through websites and guarantees security on the Internet.
Thanks to the XTRF system‘s equipment with the SSL certificate, its users will be guaranteed full security using the system, while having the full confidentiality of data transmission safeguarded at the same time. The certificate provides for safe access to both the main part of the system and the partner zone, and is available for all SaaS model users at no extra charge.
Thus far, buying security certificates has been a matter of every customer‘s individual choice. XTRF, however, aims to increase all system users‘ level of security and provides for supreme working comfort and, therefore, the new package will be included in all SaaS installations starting January.
The certificate is accepted by all major Web browsers. Secure connections are introduced in a way that is thoroughly clear for the user and does not require any modification of the existing software or system configuration.
