Dallas, Texas American Leak Detection (http://www.alddfw.com) is committed to customer service and has announced the winners of its bi-annual Customer Service Awards, recognizing employees from the Dispatch, Pool Leak and Slab/Sewer Leak Departments.
From the Dispatch Department, the award went to Sharon Moreno. Sharon assists all of American Leak Detection‘s customers and technicians on a day-to-day basis, arranging appointments and routing technicians so that customers are served when they expect to be. Sharon came to American Leak Detection after many years in various customer service positions. Sharon is a softball coach and enjoys working with the girls she coaches.
Pool Leak Specialist Marcus Shoemaker was the winner from the Pool Leak Department. After serving his country in the United States Navy, Marcus got his start in the pool industry in 2001 as a cleaner and equipment repair technician. Since joining American Leak Detection in 2007, Marcus has developed his skills as a Leak Detection Specialist. Marcus' numerous hobbies include playing video games and coaching little league football, which he has been doing for the past 11 years. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Joshua. This is Marcus‘ third Customer Service Award.
Slab Leak Specialist Brian Weeks is the third recipient of the Customer Service Award. Brian joined American Leak Detection after emigrating with his wife and two children from South Africa. While in South Africa, Brian gained experience in the plumbing industry while working for a contractors supply company. As a Leak Detection Specialist, he is cross-trained in all areas of leak detection, but his specialty is in slab leak detections. He holds a Master Plumber's License, which he obtained in 2006. Brian enjoys all outdoor activities, such as gardening, fishing and hiking.
Will Knell, Director of Operations at American Leak Detection Serving the Greater Dallas Area said these employees go above and beyond their normal duties to ensure that customers are more than satisfied.
“You can‘t run a successful service operation without dedicated customer service people,†said Knell, “We are in the service industry, and we take that word ´service‘ very seriously.â€
Knell said that each recipient of the award would be presented with an all-expenses paid trip in return for their dedication to providing American Leak Detection‘s clients with outstanding customer service.
