CNI Research Ltd., the leading BSE listed research organization that specializes in Small & Mid-caps, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2009.

CNI Research Ltd has also informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2009, inter alia, has approved the issue of bonus shares to the shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 subject to approval of shareholders.

The turnover for Q2 in 2009-2010 was Rs. 82.68 lakh up from Rs. 10.98 lakh in Q2 2008-2009, marking a 653% rise in revenues. The Operational income for Q2 in 2009-2010 was Rs.39.04 lakh up from Rs.17.25 lakh in 2008-09.

In the half year ended 30.09.2009, the turnover for first half in 2009-2010 was Rs. 153.98 lakh up from Rs. 34.20 lakh in the half year of 2008-2009, marking a 350% rise in revenues. The Operational income for the half year in 2009-2010 was Rs.76.38 lakh up from Rs.39.77 lakh in 2008-09.

Net Profit was up to Rs.75.32 lakh in the same quarter as compared to Rs. 4.45 lakh in Q2 2008-2009, marking a 1592.58% rise in net profits.

The earning per share was Rs. 0.25 in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2009, up from Rs.0.02 in the quarter ended Sept 30, 2008.
