There are specific exercises for the abdomen and back that can help you. This should be coupled with a natural, healthy diet that can help prevent osteoporosis or rebuild your bone mass.
If you have a lot of stress in your life, this can also cause your back hurt. Muscles will become tight or rigid if you are stressed and tense. People tend to carry tension in different areas of their body, so one person might get a stiff neck, someone else a stomach ache and others a backache. On the other hand, if you can discharge your stress, your body will not react in this manner. Throughout your body, stress can cause inflammation due to high levels of the hormone cortisol being released. By acknowledging your stress, and what is causing it, this can move you toward reducing it in your life. Stress has also been shown to sustain injuries that would otherwise heal much more quickly, which is another reason that you should get rid of the stress that bothers you.
It is a challenge to avoid back pain, especially since it can be caused by so many variables. Lazy people, and those that are overachievers, can experience this same type of discomfort. Consider your shoes, mattress, and anything else that may contribute to the discomfort you are feeling. If you do suffer from back pain, try to figure out what is producing it, and eliminate that routine directly from your life. By doing this, you should feel much better.
