Wavetec's state of the art dual printer touch screen LCD kiosk (Queue Management) solution installed at Emirates new office in Sharjah, UAE. Emirates Airline, one of the largest travel organizations in the Middle East caters to a large audience worldwide every day; to enhance customer waiting time in their centers they opted for the Wavetec eQ system.
Currently Wavetec has installed more than 10 new stations in the Middle East and Africa with complete Service Quality reports which give the accuracy to the upper management for the business decision.
eQ - Wavetec's Electronic Queuing system is a market leader in Pakistan and the Middle East with numerous deployments throughout the region. It has also provided Qatar Airlines, Air Arabia and Yemen Airlines with its quality portfolio. Wavetec recently launched its advanced, touch screen based ticketing unit with two auto cut printers to provide efficient and quality service.
