Bergamo, Italy — Fastbutton, an ingenious sewing gadget designed to enable even the most clueless of crafters to sew a button back into place, this week officially launched a Kickstarter campaign for garnering widespread support and financial backing for expanded machinery capabilities. Borne from a passion for making button solutions accessible to everyday people, Fastbutton allows any user to fix their button conundrum in 60 seconds or less.

“There are so many people out there who are terrified of sewing, let alone pulling out a needle to fix a button,” said Fulvio Buonavoglia, Founder and Owner of Fastbutton. “With this revolutionary gadget, in just a few motions, the buttons are securely sewed back into place. And, it requires no extra needles or thread on the user’s part.”

Fastbutton is a very thin (0,03”) and durable thread, making button fixes absolutely sturdy after usage. Additionally, the button tool works with two-hole buttons, four-hole buttons, and shank buttons. They can be carried in any pocket, wallet, or purse, and come in four colors: black, white, transparent, and blue.

“The next time a button pops out right before an important meeting or dinner, a Fastbutton can be grabbed out of a wallet and immediately implemented for a professional button finish,” said Fulvio. “We are excited to have launched a Kickstarter campaign to gather the funds we need for increased machine capabilities. As it is right now, we can only make 40 Fastbuttons per hour, and want to offer even more to on-the-go-people worldwide. Spread the word, and check out our campaign today.”

Fastbutton is made of 100% recycled plastic and is entirely assembled in Bergamo, Italy.

The Kickstarter campaign is open now until June 22, 2016.
