TSM - Total Service Management (Inventory management through Kanban/JIT etc.)
TQM Total Quality Management (Elimination of Muda, Mura and Muri for process improvements, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
THM Total Human Management (Lean Counselling, Safety, Morale, KPI -Measurements, Recognitions, Awards, etc.)
For ease of understanding, Lean Games, Lean Quiz, Lean Visuals Pictures and Videos shall be used. All forms/formats shall be provided.
