When choosing a honeymoon destination, you always look for romantic getaways and privacy. The thing about this island in the Indian ocean is that privacy is something you will definitely get even though it is considered to be one of the densest populated countries. In fact, most people do not go out at night here except the tourists. So you can always cozy up in the room and get to know your better half better or you can go out to the nearest restaurant or club to do things which you feel may increase the passion in you..only you know! But the fact is there will be something for you to do even though we cannot boast the likes of New York or Las Vegas where the city doesn‘t sleep; however, we feel we do enjoy our sleep!

Well , climate wise, it can get pretty hot especially if you are going to Port Louis the capital. If you want some cooler places, the centre part of this island or near the highlands are quite cool.
