Netstar has won the award for Best Small Managed Service Provider at the IT Service & Support Awards 2018. The annual awards were hosted by the Service Desk Institute on Tuesday the 13th of March at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham.
Having made it through SDI’s rigorous assessment rounds, first being shortlisted and subsequently listed as finalists along with Air-IT and Cardonet, Netstar were ultimately announced as the winners.
Finalists in other categories included companies such as Waitrose, Allen & Overy, and Sky Betting & Gaming.
The award was judged based on Netstar’s ability to embrace best practice processes to raise the quality of service delivery, and to engage with customers to create an inspiring and engaging service experience.
Netstar will be donating their prize money to charity, they will also be matching the contribution to double the amount. The chosen charity is Teenage Cancer Trust. Netstar has worked with the trust in the past and continues to support them in any way possible.
