Kathleen Alexander, CPA, MST, CFE, a partner at financial services firm Sax LLP, recently served as a panelist at “The State of the State of Manufacturing 2017,” a manufacturing industry conference held annually by the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (NJMEP). Ms. Alexander’s presentation, given on Friday, March 31, 2017, focused on the topic of taxation and fees relevant to the manufacturing sector and was informed by her 18 years of experience working with New Jersey manufacturers to meet their financial and regulatory objectives.

The conference panel, which took place at The Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, was moderated by the President of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ). In addition to Ms. Alexander’s presentation, the conference and panel featured a variety of business leaders with manufacturing industry expertise focusing discussion on the opportunities and challenges unique to New Jersey manufacturers.
