Punjab Govt Permitted Aryans to Offer
1st Executive MBA of the State

Punjab Govt. has given Nod to start first All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) approved MBA (Part Time), popularly known as Executive MBA Programme. The permission has been given to Aryans Business School (ABS) and Aryans School of Management (ASM) for running Part Time MBA (60 seats each) at village Nepra (Banur), Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, near Chandigarh.
Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Institutes (AGOI) said that till date in the state no private college is offering Executive MBA/MBA (Part time) which is approved by AICTE. Most of the courses which are already running are being run under distance education. But with this approval to ABS, now working executives/ entrepreneurs/ Households/ officers/ Govt. employees would be able to opt AICTE, MHRD approved Course which would be valid MBA degree in Public as well as private sector.
Kataria added, the basic objective of this programme will be to train the working employees for the management skills which can help them in retaining the job and to grow in the organization. “The purpose of introducing e-MBA is not only to have a variety of Course but to increase the business skills and leadership capabilities of executives and managers & to improve the capacity of strategic decision making.‘‘ Kataria added.
It is to be mentioned here that, Aryans Business School (ABS) has special placement cell for working professionals which will help them to be placed in better companies with better profile and packages. Global meltdown has affected existing and new jobs worldwide. Punjab is no exception to it. In such circumstances existing employees have started upgrading their skills to save there jobs.
It is worth mentioning here that MBA is necessary for those who wish to have a significant leap in their career or emerge as leaders in their areas of business. The program would develop business leadership and managerial skills grounded in the Indian and international business environment.
