India 15 September 2009.Rangrut.com, an online portal launching on 20th Sept‘09,which provides a placement cell to connect first jobseekers and campuses to employers for their placement activities and recruitments.
It‘s an online venture funded by promoters of SRAJAN Consultancy Services. At present, the site is available in beta version. Rangrut also claims that the portal will get over 50,000 registrations in first one month when it will be used in public domain. Rangrut.com already has more than 300 campuses registered & 15,400 Institute‘s placement cells listed.
Responding in an interview, Ms. Parul Sharma CEO, Rangrut India Services Pvt. Ltd. said, “The purpose here is to eliminate pain points in entry level hiringâ€. She added, “We‘ll be concentrating on building large database on the site with its launching phase and with our value added services, we will take the product to the next level and help Employers & Institutes to manage their relationships & create more.â€
Rangrut.com combines a comprehensive package for Students & Institutes not only include resume registration, e-placement cell, e-brochure, share placement papers, post events and services like student verification and contact employers to organize campuses. But also provide services to Employers like job posting, post walk-ins, access Student and Institute database, pre-placement talks, unique identification number and get featured on home page.
Portal is specifically designed to focus on user engagement which open ups a unique opportunity to Students, Institutes & Employers to navigate the portal and get desired results out of it for their placements & hiring strategies.
After launching of portal, Rangrut.com will begin with conferences and training programs in different cities for Training & Placement Officers/Directors along with their preferred employers and known TPO/TPD from premiere institutions.
