Mr. Quinlan previously worked in the White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group of a large international law firm. His practice focus at the Oberheiden Law Group remains on government investigations, with special emphasis on civil and criminal healthcare matters. Mr. Quinlan has litigated, consulted, and regularly served as attorney of choice in complex civil and criminal proceedings. Mr. Quinlan is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brigham Young University.
