The Tata group of India is quite a bit involved also in vehicle production above and beyond their other activities. As the globe's 2nd largest manufacturer of busses and the 4th largest truck or van manufacturers, Tata's expertise are sound and their manifestation in South Africa with a variety of cars is to be accepted, particularly regarding the Ego, which at R120 000 for the entry model and R140 000 for the top design is absolutely great value for money. The Ego in the style that one has become familiar with of Asian manufacturers, has numerous features as standard that more high-priced cars don't have or where you should pay extra to get such improvements, like USB connection, Bluetooth connection, an upmarket speakers and so on.
